Election Timeline

- Nominations Open:

- Application Deadline:

๐ 12:00 PM
๐ Submit your completed application and collected signatures to the Student Association office.
- Speech Day:
๐ Wednesday, February 12, 2025
๐ฃ๏ธ Candidates will present their speeches to the student body. Voting will open immediately after. Voting will be open until Thursday, February 13 at 11:59 pm.
- Results Announcement:
๐ Friday, February 14, 2025
๐ข Results will be collected and verified by a trusted individual and announced.
Eligibility
- All currently enrolled students are eligible to vote.
- To run for a position, you must be a registered student in good standing. Specific eligibility for roles will be detailed in the nomination forms.

Q: What positions are available?
A: Positions include President, EVP, Social VP, Communications VP, Financial VP, Student Life and VP. (Secretary is an elected position)
Q: How do I campaign as a candidate?
A: Approved candidates will receive guidelines on permitted campaign activities.
Q: Can international students run for positions?
A: Yes, all registered students are eligible to run for positions.
Q: Is voting anonymous?
A: Absolutely! Your vote is confidential and secure.
