What happens if the deadline is missed?

If either the deadline is missed, the student’s eligibility for the award will be assessed; however, all award amounts will be forfeited (not given to the student) for that term.

In addition, the award amount will be given to the student in the next term only if the student has fulfilled and/or currently meets:

• the minimum course load requirement, and
• the minimum GPA requirement, and
• all participation requirements for Music and Athletic awards
