Burman University joins the MyCreds™ National Network, owned and led by the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada (ARUCC).

Effective today, Burman University students and graduates will be able to obtain their official transcripts and parchments in their own virtual credential wallet.

Through MyCreds™, students will be able to access and share their academic documents with other colleges and universities, government, employers and third parties securely and conveniently. Documents issued through MyCreds™ are tamper-evident and cryptographically signed, making them authentic and official.

“We are delighted to join the MyCreds™ family and expand the National Network across institutions of all sizes in the country,” says Lawrence Murrin, Registrar of Burman University. “We pride ourselves in the exceptional personal service we can provide to our learners and MyCreds™ will further enhance the speed and efficiency of our processes. Our learners will now benefit from 24/7 access to their digital academic documents to support their journey to employment or future study.”

“We are thrilled to see many early adopter institutions in Alberta join the MyCreds™ National Network,” says Melissa Padfield, Vice-President of ARUCC. “The virtual credential wallet and technology brings Alberta to the forefront of digital innovation and provides remarkable service to our learners.  Burman University joins an expansive network across the province including the University of Alberta, the University of Calgary, the University of Lethbridge, SAIT, NAIT and Medicine Hat College, among others.”
