Come out and join us this Sunday for a free family/community event that promotes healthy living for all ages!
For adults we have the NEWSTART program, plus 24 community health-related booths (we do have some venders so bring some cash to purchase food), games setup, free rock wall climbing for those super adventurous folks, and a free Pound Fitness aerobic workout from 3:30 -4:00pm, and door prizes.
For kids we have face painting, bouncy castle, free Rock wall climbing, door prizes and more. Hope to see you there!
