Biography
Dr. Carole Anderson has been in private practice since 1997 working with adults and couples with a focus on depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, childhood abuse, self-esteem and relationships. Her therapeutic orientation is eclectic but draws on psychodynamic, trauma, body-centred, attachment and emotion-focused therapies. Prior to this, she worked at Simon Fraser University in their Counselling Services Department.
She operates a professional centre dedicated to the health and wellness professions. Health care providers have included Psychology, Psychiatry, Counselling, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine, Nutrition, Neurofeedback, and Speech Therapy.
She served as Chair of the Board and board member of an SDA K-12 school and was an integral part of its strategic focus and expansion to a full K-12 school becoming a highly ranked school in the province of British Columbia.
