Audio/Video Loan
Overview
Computer Services has the following items available for institutional use on a loaner basis. Please make arrangements beforehand to book the time you would like to use the device to ensure its availability.
Loaner Items
***Please note that we limit the length of loaner equipment to a maximum of 2 weeks.***
Items Available to Students
- Adapters: We have a variety of audio/video adapters for PC, Mac, and Mobile devices.
***For students, we require that you leave some form of collateral, whether it be phone, electronic device, wallet, etc... (we do not accept keys or ID cards)***
Items Available to Faculty/Staff
- Laptops: We have several laptops available for loan for institutional business.
- Projectors: We have several projectors for use in presentations on or off campus where a projector is not available.
- Adapters: We have a variety of audio/video adapters for PC, Mac, and Mobile devices.
- HoverCam: We have one HoverCam Solo 8 Document Camera available for loan. The manual for the Flex 11 software needed to run it is available here. The Flex 11 software will be installed onto your computer along with other campus software. Contact our office if it is not there.

Please make arrangements ahead of time by submitting a ticket to itticket@burmanu.ca to ensure that there is availability for you!
